Custom Fox prints in Sydney and ships Australia-wide. We do not have a shopfront, studio, warehouse or staff in Perth, so there is no counter to visit and nothing to collect locally. Your order is printed in our Sydney print room and handed to a courier for the run west. Perth is the furthest capital city from where we print, and rather than gloss over that, we have built this page around it: what the timeline actually is, what you can do to shorten it, and how to order to a date without stress.

The two clocks on every Perth order

Nothing we sell is pre-printed. Every garment is made to order, which means two separate stretches of time run one after the other: production, then transit. Understanding that split is the whole trick to ordering from the other side of the country.

• Standard shipping, $10 flat: 2–5 business days production, then 3–7 business days in transit. Five to twelve business days all up.
• Express shipping, $20: 2–5 business days production, then 1–3 business days in transit. Three to eight business days all up.

Both options come with tracking. Note what Express does and does not do: it buys you transit time, not production time. The printing, curing and quality check still take the same couple of days at our end. So the honest description of Express to Perth is meaningfully faster, not overnight. If your address is in the Perth metro area, you can generally expect to land at the fast end of whichever range you pick.

Regional and remote Western Australia

Remote WA addresses run longer again: 5–10 business days in transit, which can stretch the total to around 15 business days. Nothing has gone wrong when that happens. It is the distance and the courier network doing what they do. Planned for, it is a non-event.

A simple rule if you are ordering to a date

Job start, season opener, birthday, expo stand — if the shirts have to exist by a particular day, place the order 10–12 business days ahead. That gives production room to breathe and transit room to be slow without costing you the date. Further out is better still. Three days out is where disappointment lives. If you are already cutting it fine, choose Express and make sure your artwork is right first time, because a file that needs reworking costs more days than any shipping upgrade. The one thing distance does not change

Standard shipping is $10 flat to any Australian address, and that flat rate is worth more in Western Australia than anywhere else in the country. A box crossing the Nullarbor costs the same to send as one crossing Sydney. A property four hours out of Kalgoorlie is the same $10 as the Perth CBD. Distance shows up in your calendar, not on your invoice — and when the calendar is the problem, $20 Express is the lever you pull.

The Western Australian order mix leans practical, and DTF (direct-to-film) printing suits that. Prints stay flexible and will not crack, peel or fade in the wash, which is the only test that matters on a garment washed after every shift.
