Artwork Tips

Every design goes through a Quality Assurance (QA) check before we print. Our team reviews your artwork for common issues like missing transparency or files that are too small for the print size you've chosen. While we'll do our best to catch visible problems, it's your responsibility to upload a print-ready file. These tips will help you get it right.

Best File Types

PNG – Recommended
The best choice for most designs. PNG supports a transparent background, which means only your artwork transfers to the garment — not a white box around it. Use this for logos, illustrations, and any design where you want the fabric colour to show through.

SVG – Recommended
A vector file format that stays sharp at any size, no matter how large the print. Best for simple logos and clean graphic designs.

High-Resolution JPEG – Avoid for most designs
JPEG files always have a solid background — there's no transparency. If you upload a JPEG with a white background, that white will print as a solid white rectangle behind your design. Only use JPEG for full photographic prints where a solid background is intentional.

File Requirements

• Resolution: Use at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) for crisp, clear prints.
• Size: Your file size should match or exceed the final print size.
  Example: If you want a 28 cm-wide print, upload a file that’s at least 28 cm wide at 300 DPI.

What to Avoid

• Low-resolution images pulled from the web they’ll look blurry when printed.
• Screenshots or phone photos of designs instead of the original file.
• Tiny images stretched to a larger size.
• Files with visible pixelation or compression artefacts.
