Design Your Own
Design your own t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt or cap online — in your browser, with a live preview, and no minimum order. Upload a logo, a photo or your own artwork, drop it onto the garment, see exactly how it will print, and order one piece or a hundred. The print is already included in the price. Everything is made to order in Sydney and delivered anywhere in Australia for a flat $10.
How designing your own works
There are four steps, and none of them involve emailing files back and forth or waiting on a quote.
1. Pick your garment and colour. Start from the range — t-shirts from $29.95, hoodies from $59.95, crewneck sweatshirts from $59.95, caps from $29.95, polos from $39.95, or kids sizes from $36.95. Weight, fit and colour all change how a design lands, so choose the blank first.
2. Open the design studio. On any product page, hit Customise and Order. The studio loads straight in your browser — nothing to install, no account needed to have a play.
3. Add your artwork. Upload a logo, photo, scan or file in whatever format you have it. Add text, resize, rotate and move your design around the print area until it sits where you want it. The preview updates live on the actual garment colour you picked, so what you see is what you get.
4. Order it. Add to cart and check out. Before anything goes to print, a real person on our team checks your file for resolution, sizing and placement — and gets in touch if something needs fixing rather than printing it wrong.

What you can put on it
Pretty much anything you own the rights to. A business logo. A team crest and player names. A photo of a dog, a grandparent, a car or a group of mates. Hand-drawn artwork you have scanned. Typed text in your choice of font. A meme, an inside joke, a date, a slogan.
Because we print with DTF (direct-to-film) rather than screen printing, the number of colours in your design makes no difference to the price. A full-colour photograph costs exactly the same as a one-colour logo, and there are no screen setup fees. That is the whole reason a single custom piece is affordable here at all.
Getting the best result from your file
Higher resolution prints better. A crisp PNG, JPG or vector file at a decent size will always beat a screenshot pulled off a website. Transparent backgrounds print cleanly on coloured garments; a white box around your logo will print as a white box. If you are not sure what you have, upload it anyway — we check every file before production and will tell you if it needs work. Our artwork tips page covers the details.
What you can design on
The full range is designable, not just a handful of styles.
T-shirts are the most-designed item and the cheapest place to start, from $29.95 with the print included. There is everything from lightweight everyday tees to heavyweight streetwear, garment-dyed vintage washes and organic cotton — see the t-shirt buyer's guide if you want help choosing.
Hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts are the winter workhorses, from $59.95. Hoodies range from a value 271 GSM blend up to a 500 GSM French Terry; crews give you a cleaner front panel for logos. The crewneck vs hoodie comparison covers which to pick, and the hoodie buyer's guide covers which blank.
Caps and headwear from $29.95, polos from $39.95 for a more corporate look, kids and youth sizes from $36.95 so a family or club can match head to toe, and accessories from $29.95. Women's cuts run across most styles in tees and polos and hoodies and sweatshirts.
One piece or a hundred
There is no minimum order and no quote form standing between you and a price. Design a single shirt as a birthday present, or run a full uniform order for a business — same page, same process, and you see the number before you commit to anything.
Ordering a few does bring the unit price down. Discounts start at 5 units and step up from there to a maximum of 20% at 20 units and above. Need more than 100? Get in touch and we will quote it properly.
Work out your price first: the quote calculator
Every product page has a Quote Calculator button. Open it, drag the quantity slider, choose standard or express shipping, and it works out the per-unit price, the shipping, the total with the print included and what you have saved — instantly, on the page, with no email and no waiting on someone to come back to you.
The tiers on any garment run like this:
- 1 to 4 units — list price
- 5 units — 4% off
- 6 units — 5% off
- 7 units — 7% off
- 8 units — 8% off
- 9 units — 9% off
- 10 to 19 units — 15% off
- 20 units and above — 20% off
One thing worth knowing: the calculator gives you a discount code for the quantity you have picked, and that code has to be entered at checkout. It is not applied automatically. Copy it before you leave the calculator and paste it into the discount field when you pay, or you will be charged the list price.
Ordering for a group? Everyone can pick their own size, colour and even garment style while keeping the artwork identical, so the set still reads as one uniform. Common uses: small business uniforms, club and team gear, tradie workwear, café and hospitality staff, events, fundraisers, hens and bucks parties, family reunions and Christmas.
How long it takes
Nothing is pre-printed — every order is made when you place it. Standard shipping is $10 and takes 5 to 12 business days all up: 2 to 5 business days to print and pack, then 3 to 7 business days in transit. Express is $20 and lands in 3 to 8 business days. Metro areas are usually at the fast end of those ranges; remote parts of WA, NT and far north Queensland can take longer. Tracking is included either way.
If it is for a birthday, an event or a deadline, order 10 to 12 business days ahead and you will have room to spare.
Common questions
Do I need design software? No. The studio runs in your web browser on desktop or mobile. If you can upload a photo, you can use it.
Can I see it before I pay? Yes — the mock-up preview is free and live on the garment colour you have chosen. You do not have to order anything to have a look.
What if my file is low quality? We check every file before it goes to print and contact you if it will not reproduce well. We would rather delay an order by a day than send you something blurry.
Is the print included in the price? Yes, the front print is included in the listed price. No setup fees, no per-colour charges. Extra print positions can be arranged — get in touch before ordering.
Do I get a discount for ordering more? Yes, from 5 units, rising to 20% at 20 units and above. Use the Quote Calculator on any product page to see your exact price, then copy the discount code it gives you and enter it at checkout.
Will it crack or fade? DTF prints stay flexible and hold colour through repeated washing. Every order is backed by our 100% Fox Guarantee — if your print is not right, we fix it.
Where is it printed? In Sydney, and shipped Australia-wide. We do not ship outside Australia.
