Custom Printed Sweatshirts & Crewnecks Australia — Print Included, No Minimums

A crewneck is the hoodie's tidier cousin. Same warmth, same soft brushed fleece, none of the bulk around the neck — which is why printed sweatshirts are the go-to for staff uniforms, corporate gear and anyone who wants a cleaner silhouette. Design yours online, upload your logo or artwork, and see exactly how it will print before you order. Custom sweatshirts start at $59.95 with your front print already included, and there is no minimum order.

Our crewneck range runs on AS Colour and Gildan blanks. The Gildan Heavy Blend Crewneck is the value pick for kitting out a big group. The AS Colour Supply Crew is the everyday all-rounder in a huge colour range. The Relax Crew gives you a drop-shoulder, streetwear-leaning fit, and the Stencil Crew is the clean, well-cut classic. Crews run from $59.95 to $74.95 with the print included.

Why choose a crew over a hoodie

Three reasons people go crewneck. It layers better under a jacket or over a collar, which matters for uniforms. It gives you a cleaner, uninterrupted chest panel, so a logo or centred design sits without a drawstring cutting through it. And it reads a little more polished — the right call for an office, a café floor, a client-facing team or a corporate gift. Not sure which way to go? Read our crewneck vs hoodie comparison. Custom sweatshirts for business, teams and merch

Crewnecks get ordered for staff uniforms, hospitality teams and trade crews. For club and social-league gear where a hood gets in the way. For brand merch, band drops and creator runs where a clean front print does the work. For conferences, onboarding kits and corporate Christmas gifts. And for one-offs — a single crew with your own artwork on it, because there is no minimum stopping you. Kitting out a business? See how branded apparel works for small business.

Women's fits and matching hoodies

Most crews come in a women's cut too, including the Women's Supply Crew, Relax Crew, Heavy Crew and the cropped Relax Crop Crew. Shop the full women's hoodies and sweatshirts range, or the men's hoodies and sweatshirts. Ordering for a mixed group? The same blank family runs across unisex and women's fits, so a team order still looks like one set.

How it works

Choose your crew and colour, then open the design studio in your browser — no software, no back-and-forth emails. Upload your logo, artwork or photo in any file format, position your print, and preview it live before you order. Our team checks every file for sizing, placement and print quality before it goes into production.

Common questions

How much is a custom sweatshirt? Crewnecks start at $59.95 and run to $74.95 depending on the blank, with your front print included in that price. Shipping is a flat $10 Australia-wide.

Is there a minimum order? No. One crew or a hundred, and no setup fees either way. Bulk discounts start at 5 units and reach 20% off at 20 or more — use the Quote Calculator on any product page for your exact price.

Can I print on the back as well as the front? The front print is included in the listed price. Additional print positions can be arranged — get in touch before you order and we will sort it out.

Which crew is warmest? The heavy-weight crews in the AS Colour range. If you want maximum warmth, compare them against the hoodie range in our hoodie and crew buyer's guide.

How long does a printed sweatshirt take? Everything is made to order. Standard delivery runs 5–12 business days all up (2–5 days production plus 3–7 days transit) and Express runs 3–8. If it is for a dated occasion, order 10–12 business days ahead.

Every order is backed by our 100% Fox Guarantee and over 20 years of experience in e-commerce, design and print-on-demand. If your print is not right, we will fix it.
