Production runs 2–5 business days and standard transit is 3–7 business days, so plan on 5–12 business days door to door at $10 flat. Express is $20 and lands in 3–8 business days all up. Metro deliveries usually sit at the faster end of the range, and tracking is included either way. The practical rule is to get the order in 10–12 business days ahead of the date you need it, which leaves room for an artwork question or a late size change.

Onboarding kits and new starters

Graduate intakes, secondments and mid-year starts all create the same small, slightly awkward order: a handful of shirts, one specific week, and no appetite for a carton of spare stock living in a cupboard for two years. Winter is the long season here

Canberra has the coldest winters of any Australian capital, and it shows in what gets ordered. From about April through September the fleece half of the range does most of the work.
