Everything you design has to live inside that box.
That’s the design canvas. It’s smaller than most people think, so simple, bold artwork works better than something detailed.
The shape of your design decides how big it prints
All three fit the cap. They just use different amounts of it.
A cap is wider than it is tall, so the height fills up first. A tall design prints beautifully — it just sits smaller on the cap. Worth knowing before you order, so the size of your image is your choice.
Want it bigger? Try arranging it side by side
Same symbol, same words — arranged differently.
If your design has separate parts — a symbol and a name, or two lines of text — placing them beside each other rather than above and below lets everything grow. If your artwork can’t be rearranged, no problem at all — it will still look great.
Keep lines and lettering chunky
Both marks are the same size on the cap.
At this scale, thin outlines and delicate type disappear into the fabric. Heavier weights and fewer elements always look sharper on a cap.
Check the centimetres, not the picture
The size fields tell you exactly what you’ll receive.
Your design can look generous on screen and arrive smaller than you hoped. Before you order, glance at the width and height — if there’s room left, push it bigger.

The AS Colour Icon Flex Cap is a fitted six-panel cap in a stretch cotton blend. There is no strap and no snapback — the crown stretches to fit, so it sits close and keeps its shape.
Mid weight 97% cotton, 3% spandex twill with a contoured crown and a curved peak. Elastic sweatband, stitching eyelets, tonal under-peak lining and a tear-out label.
