Shipping Rates — Australia Only
Standard Shipping (all Australian addresses) $10.00. After production time 3–7 business days Metro areas typically faster. NT, QLD, and WA remote areas 5–10 business days. Tracking included.
Express Shipping (all Australian addresses) $20.00. After production time 1–3 business days Metro areas typically next business day. Tracking included.
From Order to Your Door

1. Production Time
All Custom Fox Australia products are made to order. Every item is individually printed after your order is confirmed — we don't hold pre-printed stock. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.
During peak periods (e.g. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day) production times may be longer. We will update this page and notify customers where possible if extended lead times apply.
Ordering for a special occasion? Add production time on top of your chosen shipping timeframe when planning your order. For a gift needed by a specific date, we recommend ordering at least 10–12 business days in advance to be safe.
2. Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been produced and packed, it will be dispatched and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to track your parcel directly with the carrier.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact us at support@customfox.com.au.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated transit times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
- Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch (metro areas typically at the faster end)
- Express: 1–3 business days after dispatch (metro areas typically next business day)
Deliveries to regional, rural, or remote Australian addresses may take longer than the above estimates. We ship to all Australian states and territories including WA, NT, and Tasmania.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, Australia Post network congestion, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Custom Fox Australia.
4. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.
We currently deliver to Australian addresses only. PO Boxes and parcel lockers are accepted for standard shipping where supported by the carrier.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking number for the latest update. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@customfox.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
In the rare event a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement order at no charge to you.
Authority to leave: If your order is delivered with authority to leave and is subsequently lost or stolen after delivery, Custom Fox Australia cannot be held responsible. If you have concerns about delivery to your address, please add delivery instructions at checkout or arrange an alternative address.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@customfox.com.au within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the damage.
7. Changes to Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are subject to change. Any changes will be reflected on this page and at checkout. Confirmed orders will be fulfilled at the rate that applied at the time of purchase.
