That’s the design canvas. It’s smaller than most people think, so simple, bold artwork works better than something detailed.
The shape of your design decides how big it prints
All three fit the cap. They just use different amounts of it.
A cap is wider than it is tall, so the height fills up first. A tall design prints beautifully — it just sits smaller on the cap. Worth knowing before you order, so the size of your image is your choice.
Want it bigger? Try arranging it side by side
Same symbol, same words — arranged differently.
If your design has separate parts — a symbol and a name, or two lines of text — placing them beside each other rather than above and below lets everything grow. If your artwork can’t be rearranged, no problem at all — it will still look great.
Keep lines and lettering chunky
Both marks are the same size on the cap.
At this scale, thin outlines and delicate type disappear into the fabric. Heavier weights and fewer elements always look sharper on a cap.
Check the centimetres, not the picture

The AS Colour Frame Soft Camo Cap is a high profile snapback with an unstructured front, so it sits soft on your head rather than standing up stiff. The camo runs across the whole crown, and your design prints straight over it.
Mid weight 55% cotton, 45% polyester with a curved peak, a tonal under-peak and a plastic adjustable snapback. One size fits all, with a tear-out AS Colour label.
