Everything you design has to live inside that box.
That’s the design canvas. It’s smaller than most people think, so simple, bold artwork works better than something detailed.
The shape of your design decides how big it prints
All three fit the cap. They just use different amounts of it.
A cap is wider than it is tall, so the height fills up first. A tall design prints beautifully — it just sits smaller on the cap. Worth knowing before you order, so the size of your image is your choice.
Want it bigger? Try arranging it side by side
Same symbol, same words — arranged differently.
If your design has separate parts — a symbol and a name, or two lines of text — placing them beside each other rather than above and below lets everything grow. If your artwork can’t be rearranged, no problem at all — it will still look great.
Keep lines and lettering chunky
Both marks are the same size on the cap.
At this scale, thin outlines and delicate type disappear into the fabric. Heavier weights and fewer elements always look sharper on a cap.
Check the centimetres, not the picture
The size fields tell you exactly what you’ll receive.
Your design can look generous on screen and arrive smaller than you hoped. Before you order, glance at the width and height — if there’s room left, push it bigger.

Custom print the AS Colour Access Camo Cap with your logo, artwork or text. It's the low profile six-panel Access Cap in a printed camo, with a curved peak that sits close to the head, so your design sits on a soft front panel framed by the camo.
Mid weight 55% cotton and 45% polyester, with a tonal under-peak lining and an adjustable fastener with a metal clasp. One size fits all, with a tear-out AS Colour label. Two colourways: Tree Camo and Desert Camo. Because the camo is printed, the pattern varies a little from cap to cap.
