Custom T-Shirts Gold Coast
The Gold Coast economy runs on people standing in front of other people — behind a coffee machine, on the sand at 6am, on a gate at a festival, at the front of a gym class. That creates a steady need for shirts with a logo on them, usually in small numbers and usually tied to a specific date. Custom Fox prints made-to-order apparel in Sydney, with no minimum order and no setup fees, and sends it to the Gold Coast on tracked shipping.
Kitting out floor staff
Cafés, bars and restaurants are the most common reason a Gold Coast venue orders, and it is almost never one clean order. You start with fifteen shirts for the opening roster, then two new starters arrive a fortnight later, then someone loses theirs. Because there is no minimum, a top-up of two shirts is a perfectly ordinary order. It is worth adding a couple of spares to the original run though, since the bulk discount is worked out on the order in front of you — 5 units is where it starts, 20 units and above is the full 20% off. Custom t-shirts from $29.95 suit most kitchens and casual floors; polos from $39.95 read a little more formal for a dining room or a members' bar. Our guide to café and hospitality uniforms covers sizing spread, colour choice and how many shirts per person a venue actually needs.
Staff kit for gyms, surf schools and tour operators
Anything run outdoors here has the same problem: staff need to be identifiable at a distance, in bright sun, in gear that will be wet or sandy by lunchtime. That pushes the range towards the light end. Custom caps from $29.95 do more work on the Gold Coast than anywhere colder — they are the one item a surf instructor, a deckhand or a personal trainer will keep wearing all day. Pair them with lightweight tees in a colour that reads clearly against water and sand, and add accessories from $29.95 for anything that ends up in a customer's hands. Hoodies from $59.95 and crewnecks at $59.95 to $74.95 are worth ordering in smaller numbers than your tees — useful for early starts and winter evenings, not for January.
Crew shirts for a fixed date
Event merch differs from uniform merch in the one respect that matters most: the date does not move. A festival crew shirt that lands on the Monday after the event is worthless. Nothing we print sits ready on a shelf, so your timeline is production plus transit.
What to allow
- Standard shipping, $10 flat: 2–5 business days production plus 3–7 in transit — 5–12 business days all up. Remote areas can take up to 15.
- Express shipping, $20: 2–5 business days production plus 1–3 in transit — 3–8 business days all up.
- Gold Coast addresses are metro, so deliveries usually land at the faster end of those ranges.
- Tracking is included either way.
The working rule for anything dated — a festival weekend, a race day, a product launch — is to order 10 to 12 business days ahead. Inside that window, Express is the option that saves it, but place it as early in the day as you can.
One-weekend runs
Hens and bucks weekends, schoolies groups, junior sports carnivals and corporate offsites all want the same thing: twenty or thirty shirts that exist for one weekend and are never reordered. Setup fees and per-colour charges normally price a run that short out of reach. We charge neither. The front print is included in the listed price, a full-colour design costs the same as a one-colour design, and there is no minimum to hit. Extra print positions — a back print, a sleeve — can be arranged, but get in touch before you order so we can set it up properly.
Sample runs and small drops
The Gold Coast has a large creator and small-label scene, and the hardest part of starting one is the first order. Committing to two hundred units of a design you have never seen printed is a bad way to begin. With no minimum you can order a single piece and decide from there. Blanks are AS Colour and Gildan, decorated with DTF (direct-to-film) printing, and you get a free live mock-up in the browser design studio before you pay anything. Every file is checked by a person before it goes to print, so a low-resolution logo or a design sitting off-centre gets picked up rather than shipped. The t-shirt buyer's guide is the place to start on fabrics and fits, and branded apparel for small business covers turning a logo into something people will actually wear. Kids' sizes start at $36.95.
Ordering from the Gold Coast
Everything is printed at our Sydney site and shipped Australia-wide, so ordering from the Gold Coast works as it does anywhere else: choose your garment, upload artwork, check the mock-up, pay. Every order is covered by the 100% Fox Guarantee, backed by more than twenty years in e-commerce, design and print-on-demand. If something is not right, email support@customfox.com.au and you will hear back within 24 hours. We work the same way for customers in Brisbane up the M1, and further south in Sydney and Newcastle.
Pick your garment, upload your logo and see it on the shirt before you spend anything — customise and order, or email us first if you would rather talk through sizes, quantities and timing for a dated job.
