That’s the design canvas. It’s smaller than most people think, so simple, bold artwork works better than something detailed.
The shape of your design decides how big it prints
All three fit the cap. They just use different amounts of it.
A cap is wider than it is tall, so the height fills up first. A tall design prints beautifully — it just sits smaller on the cap. Worth knowing before you order, so the size of your image is your choice.
Want it bigger? Try arranging it side by side
Same symbol, same words — arranged differently.
If your design has separate parts — a symbol and a name, or two lines of text — placing them beside each other rather than above and below lets everything grow. If your artwork can’t be rearranged, no problem at all — it will still look great.
Keep lines and lettering chunky
Both marks are the same size on the cap.
At this scale, thin outlines and delicate type disappear into the fabric. Heavier weights and fewer elements always look sharper on a cap.
Check the centimetres, not the picture
The size fields tell you exactly what you’ll receive.

The Mesh Trucker is a high-profile cap with a cotton-blend front and a tonal mesh back, cut with a shallow curved peak. The solid front panel gives a print a full, clean run.
Front and peak are 60% cotton and 40% recycled polyester; the mesh back is 100% recycled polyester and rated UPF 50+. Snapback closure, tonal under-peak lining, one size fits all, and the AS Colour label tears out for a clean finish.
